Truly naturally smoked at their Vermont farm smokehouse for three days with Hickory & Maple wood chips. A smooth cheese with old fashioned smoke flavor, no artificial smoke flavor added. Vermont cheese is made the traditional way which provides the best flavor and old fashioned quality. Hand cut, hand wrapped and made from pasteurized milk.  Each bar is hand dipped in three coats of special cheese coating wax to lock in the peak flavor and allows for safe shipping and long keeping.
